Declaration:
1. I attend and participate in the club events exclusively at my own risk, and at all times I have the option of not participating in or withdrawing from an event at any time.
2. I agree to abide by and accept the rules and regulations of the club and to accept the decisions of the Committee.
3. I am a capable swimmer.
4. I consent to the free use of my name and pictures of me in any video or print by the Griffith Sailing Club Inc. in relation to the club.
Indemnity:
Injury to participants and damage to boats can and does happen in the sports of sailing, rowing or canoeing.
I hereby indemnify and agree as a condition of my membership of the club to keep indemnified the committee the Griffith Sailing Club Inc., their officers, members, servants and agents in respect of all claims and demands of whatever nature, which may be made upon them in connection with or however arising from their participation or intended participation involved in the organisation of the club and the use of the premises. I accept that the committee, the Griffith Sailing Club Inc., their officers, members, servants and agents accept no responsibility in respect of loss of life, personal injury to loss or damage to property which may be sustained by reason of their participation or intended participation in the club or howsoever arising in connection with the club.
